苏州市教育局教研室为推动全体教师教学水平的提高,在注意发挥特级教师作用的同时,有计划地培养树立各学科的教改带头人。他们规定,学科教改带头人必须具备四个条件:1.有较好的思想素质和业务素质;2.教学有特色;3.有比较系统的成熟的教改经验;4.多年来教学效果显著。根据这四个条件,他们在广泛调查研究的基础上,发现苗子,加以培养,条件成熟后,召开规模较大的观摩研讨会总结推广他们的教改经验,将他们树为学科教改带头人。本着“成熟一个树一个”的原则,苏州市教研室于1990年11月在全市范围内总结推广了吴县木渎中学青年教师陈伟骏的英语教学改革的经验,并把他树为苏州市英语学科青年教改带头人。陈伟骏老师富于进取精神,教学有特色,并且积累了一定的经验,取得了较好的教学实绩,这在熟悉他的人中是有口皆碑的。他用心血、汗水换取了事业上的成功。他愿更多的年青朋友和他一样:处于人生最美好的年华时,不应该在等待之中,而应该在实干之中迎接成功的机遇。
