针对新形势下,高校直属附属医院普遍存在忽视党务工作及对党务工作队伍建设不够的问题。文章拟结合高校直属附属医院党务工作的实际情况,探索新形势下高校直属附属医院党务工作队伍的建设和激励机制。
Under the new situation, the affiliated hospitals affiliated to universities generally face the problem of neglect of Party affairs and the lack of construction of the party work force. This article intends to combine with the actual situation of party work in affiliated hospitals directly affiliated to universities to explore the construction and incentive mechanism of the party work teams of affiliated hospitals directly under colleges and universities in the new situation.
