为观察含酪氨酸羟化酶(TH)阳性神经元在猴延髓内脏带内的分布及形态特点,使用免疫组织化学方法对3只恒河猴的延髓中尾段进行了研究。结果证明,延髓中尾段的TH阳性神经元集中分布于从背内侧至腹外侧的弧形带状区——延髓内脏带内(MVZ)。该区可分为背内侧部、腹外侧部和中间部。在背内侧部,TH阳性结构主要分布于迷走神经背运动核、最后区、孤束核的连合亚核、胶状质亚核和内侧亚核。在腹外侧部,由尾侧向吻侧范围逐渐扩大,胞体由密集至稀疏。中间部又可分为外侧区和内侧区,细的TH阳性轴突沿外侧区之外侧缘行向腹外侧,外侧区内有梭形TH阳性细胞和纤维,它们有明显的背内腹外侧的方向性。TH阳性神经元大小、形态各异,并与分布的区域有关,背内侧以卵圆形为主,腹外侧部以多极神经元为主,中间部以梭形细胞为主。本文还就MVZ儿茶酚胺能神经元的作用进行了讨论。
To observe the distribution and morphological characteristics of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH) -positive neurons in the medullary visceral zone of the monkey, immunohistochemistry was used to study the tail segments of the medulla oblongata in three rhesus monkeys. The results showed that the medulla oblongata TH positive neurons concentrated in the medial ventral to the ventral zone of the arcuate zone - medullary visceral zone (MVZ). The area can be divided into the dorsolateral part, ventral part and the middle part. In the dorsolateral part, the TH-positive structures are mainly distributed in the dorsal motor nucleus, the last area, the commissural subnucleus, the subtelocolloid and the medial subnucleus of the solitary nucleus. In the lateral part of the ventral, the range from the caudal side to the kiss side gradually expanded, the body of the cell from dense to sparse. The middle part can be divided into the lateral area and the medial area. The thin TH-positive axons are located along the lateral margin of the lateral area to the lateral ventricle and the lateral area contains spindle-shaped TH-positive cells and fibers. They have obvious dorsolateral venous Directionality. TH-positive neurons were different in size and shape, and were related to the distribution area. The medial and lateral veins were mainly ovoid. The ventral lateral part was mainly multipolar neurons, while the middle part was spindle-shaped cells. This article also discusses the role of MVZ catecholaminergic neurons.
