员工安全行为习惯的养成是一个复杂的过程,因此,对于企业来说,往往并不能单纯依赖某一种方法来改善行为安全,而应通过多种复合型、互补型的措施运用,才能达成较好的效果。行为安全管理是安全管理的重要内容,每个企业或许都有一些独具特色的做法。笔者希望通过介绍东风日产广州风神汽车有限公司(简称广州风神)的行为安全改善做法,起到抛砖引玉的作用。
