随着国内三大运营商都纷纷建设LTE网络,国内对LTE网络优化人员的需求明显增加,如何培养适应社会需求的网络优化人才已经成为高职院校通信技术类专业无线网络优化课程的主要任务之一,本文从课程建设遵循的目标、教师实践能力培养、实验实训条件建设、教学资源建设、课程内容设计和顶岗实习等方面,就高职院校如何有效进行LTE无线网络优化课程建设提供了可供借鉴的方法和经验。
