结合南水北调中线工程建设管理制度和工程建设实际,焦作段建设管理处制订了一系列工程变更管理办法,明确了工程变更的分类,完善了工程变更申请、审批、审核和结算程序,加强建立工程变更台账管理,明确了焦作段建管处的职责和权限,不仅提高了焦作2段工程合同管理水平,同时为南水北调工程建设管理工作提供了宝贵经验。
