以沈阳华强金廊城市广场1#楼工程使用的整体顶模系统为研究对象,研究了顶模系统的结构组成、工作原理、载荷状态,利用有限元软件对其进行受力分析,介绍了顶模系统结构有限元建模方法及约束处理方式,得到了结构受力状态及受力特点。根据结构受力特点,为系统结构方案更合理的设计提供了参考。
Taking the overall top mold system used in the 1 # Building of Golden Plaza, Shenyang City, Shenyang as the research object, the structure, working principle and load status of the top mold system are studied. The force analysis of the top mold system is carried out by finite element software. Finite element modeling method of system structure and restraining treatment mode of the system, the stress state and force characteristics of the structure are obtained. According to the characteristics of the structure of the force, the system structure program provides a more reasonable design reference.
