大学生村官富有朝气充满活力,具备较高的文化素养和一定的基层工作经验,是增加县、乡干部储备的有生力量,也是做好人才工作的重点领域。近年来,侯马市委组织部始终把加强村官的培养和管理作为干部队伍建设的重要组成部分,通过厚底子、压担子、搭台子、指路子等四项举措,为村官教育管理探索出一条新途径,实现了大学生村官的“破茧而出”、“嬗变化蝶”。
