目的了解东北林业大学新生入学体检时转氨酶升高的原因。方法对2012年至2015年入学的新生中转氨酶升高者进行复查,找出转氨酶升高的原因进行分析。结果导致东北林业大学新入学生转氨酶升高的主要原因有脂肪肝、劳累、肝炎、药物性损伤、饮酒等。结论今后高校保健工作的重点之一是宣传体育锻炼,膳食合理,控制体质量,给乙肝表面抗原及表面抗体均为阴性的学生注射乙肝疫苗,合理用药,杜绝不健康生活方式。
Objective To understand the reasons for the elevated transaminases of freshmen from Northeast Forestry University during their medical examination. Methods The freshmen with elevated aminotransferases from 2012 to 2015 were reviewed to find out the reasons for the elevated aminotransferases. As a result, the main reasons for the increase of aminotransferases in the freshmen of Northeast Forestry University include fatty liver, fatigue, hepatitis, drug-induced injury and alcohol consumption. Conclusion In the future, one of the focuses of college health care is to promote physical exercise, dietary reasonableness, body weight control, hepatitis B vaccine for hepatitis B surface antigen and surface antibody-negative students, rational use of medication and elimination of unhealthy lifestyles.
