一、打印机检测器常见故障分析 1.缺纸检测器（PE检测器） 该检测器为光电耦合器件,装在进纸槽中,一般位于通用打印机滚轴左下方,功能是检测打印机当前是否有纸。当有纸时,发光二级管的光线可由纸反射,到达光电管,使其导通,向CPU发出+5V信号。如果用户未给打印机上纸或纸已用尽,发光管的光线由于被黑色胶滚吸收而不能到达光电管,使其截止,向CPU发出0V信号,用户通过蜂鸣器与缺纸灯收到报警。 缺纸检测器很容易出错,但一般错误也是很容易解决的,在STAR通用打印机中,该检测器的发光面与受光面一般都以一定角度向上放置,容易蒙上灰尘,阻挡光线传播,导致光电管恒为截止。下面介绍一例故障。
