本文就不同转基因抗虫棉新品系对棉田害虫及其天敌群落的影响进行了研究。结果表明 ,4个不同抗虫保铃棉品系自控区上发生的害虫与天敌种类、害虫总数与对照品种相比 ,其差异均不显著。棉铃虫发生为主的大丰棉区 ,抗虫棉上棉铃虫数量都较对照显著减少 ,其中高抗品系上减少更多。说明抗虫棉对棉铃虫有明显的抗性。以棉蚜发生为主的如皋棉区 ,所有抗虫棉品系上棉蚜均大量发生 ,而化学防治的对照区则虫口下降。鉴于棉铃虫和棉蚜均为我国棉花上的重要害虫 ,抗虫棉上棉蚜的危害加重应引起重视。
In this paper, the effects of different transgenic lines of insect-resistant cotton on pests and their natural enemies in cotton fields were studied. The results showed that there were no significant differences in the types of pests and natural enemies, the total number of pests and the number of pests occurring in the controlled area of 4 different insect-resistant cotton bollworm strains. The number of cotton bollworm on cotton and cotton bollworm occurred in Dafeng cotton area which was dominated by cotton bollworm decreased significantly compared with the control, in which the lines with high resistance decreased more. Insect-resistant cotton bollworm showed significant resistance. The cotton aphid occurred in a large number in all the cotton moths in the Rugao cotton area where the cotton aphid occurred. However, the control area in the chemical control area decreased. In view of the fact that both cotton bollworm and cotton aphid are important pests on cotton in China, the harm of cotton aphid on insect-resistant cotton should pay more attention.
