为持续加强抗菌药物临床使用综合管理,巩固抗菌药物临床使用专项整治活动各项成果,提升抗菌药物合理使用水平,为广大人民群众提供更优质的医疗服务。2015年11月2日江苏省卫计委下发《转发关于进一步加强抗菌药物临床使用管理工作通知的通知》(简称《通知》)精神,要求2016年7月1日起,全省二级以上医院(除儿童医院外)实行全面停止门诊患者静脉输注抗菌药物;到2016年底前,全省二级以上医院(除儿童医院外)停止门诊患者静脉输液。根据多年工作实践和结合ISO管理理念,借助军事战略理论探讨江苏省卫计委《通知》中抗菌药物及输液管理现状并提出相关建议。
To continuously strengthen the comprehensive management of clinical use of antimicrobial agents, consolidate the achievements made in the special rectification activities of clinical use of antimicrobial agents, enhance the rational use of antimicrobial agents and provide more quality medical services to the general public. November 2, 2015 Jiangsu Provincial Health Planning Commission issued the “Notice on Further Strengthening the Management of Clinical Use of Antibacterial Drugs” (the “Notice”), requiring that from July 1, 2016 onwards, the province more than two Hospital (except children’s hospital) to implement a comprehensive out-patient intravenous infusion of antimicrobial drugs; by the end of 2016, the province more than two hospitals (except children’s hospital) to stop the outpatient intravenous infusion. Based on years of work practice and the combination of ISO management concepts, this paper explores the current status of antimicrobial agents and infusion management in the “Notice” of Jiangsu Provincial Planning Commission through the military strategy theory and puts forward relevant suggestions.
