[事件]2004年4月1日《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》实施被民办教育界“苦苦等待”的《中华人民共和国民办教育促进法实施条例》2004年3月18日正式公布,并于4月1日起正式实施。据统计,截至2002年,我国共有民办教育机构6万多所,在校学生1000万人。经历了20年风雨的民办教育迫切希望出台相关的法律法规。2003年9月1日,《民办教育促进法》正式实施,从法律角度保障了民办教育举办者、教师、学生的合法权益,提高了民办教育的地位。但很多人也期待着《民办教育促进法实施条例》尽快出台,让相关规定得以落实。此次颁布的《民办教育促进法实施条例》恰好填补了这一空白。其内容共分八章,规定了民办学校的设立、组织与活动、资产与财务管理、扶持与奖励,以及民办学校的法律责任等。——2004年3月18日《中国青年报》
[Event] April 1, 2004 Implementing Regulations for the Implementation of Private Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China Implementing the Regulations for the Implementation of Private Education Promotion Law of the People’s Republic of China , And officially implemented on April 1. According to statistics, as of 2002, there are more than 60,000 non-governmental educational institutions in China, with 10 million students enrolled. After 20 years of stormy private education is eager to introduce relevant laws and regulations. On September 1, 2003, the “Private Education Promotion Law” was formally put into effect, safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the organizers, teachers and students of private education and raising the status of private education from a legal point of view. However, many people are also looking forward to the promulgation of the Regulations on the Implementation of Private Education Promotion Law as soon as possible so that the relevant provisions can be implemented. The promulgation of the “Regulations for the Implementation of Private Education Promotion Law” just fills this gap.
