为了进一步推进广州市金融服进社区,找到一种满足客户群体金融需求的经营服务模式,解决社区居民金融服务不足的问题。本文在广州市白云区展开重点调研,针对小微金融用户、金融机构、社区居民等相关主体对于小微金融服务的需求展开分析,通过梳理发展现状、问题及趋势,对于未来广州市推进小微金融进社区服务提出对策建议,以期为推进白云区小微金融服务社区提供参考。
In order to further promote Guangzhou’s financial service into the community and find a business service model that meets the financial needs of its customer base, the issue of insufficient financial services for residents in the community is solved. In this paper, Guangzhou Baiyun District, the focus of research, aimed at small and micro financial users, financial institutions, community residents and other related subjects for small and micro financial services needs analysis, by combing the development status quo, problems and trends for the future of Guangzhou to promote small and micro Financial services into the community to put forward countermeasures and suggestions, with a view to promoting Baiyun District, micro-financial services to provide a reference for the community.
