目的介绍一种快捷批量制作医学检验报告单的方法。方法利用Word和Excel联合起来的邮件合并功能,制作医学检验报告单。结果短时间内便可以制作出美观、成批量的医学检验报告单,适合基层医院广泛推广。结论利用Microsoft office Word2003和Excel2003的邮件合并功能制作批量的医学检验报告单,操作简单易行,值得在基层社区医院以及二级医院的检验科广泛推广。
Objective To introduce a quick and easy way to make medical test reports. Method Make use of the mail merge function that Word and Excel unite, make the medical examination report form. The results in a short period of time can produce beautiful, into a batch of medical test report, suitable for widespread promotion of primary hospitals. Conclusion The use of Microsoft office Word2003 and Excel2003 mail merger function to produce bulk medical test report, the operation is simple and easy, it is worth in the community hospital and the second-level hospitals in grass-roots laboratories widely promoted.
