案一血府逐瘀汤加减治愈顽固性头痛患者,女,46岁,1990年3月24日初诊。发作性后头疼痛12年,近半个月加重。疼痛加重如锥刺,持续时间半小时,甚则一、二小时。多方治疗罔效。唯有肌注度冷丁才能暂时止痛,曾做过脑电流图检查,提示脑动脉轻度硬化,脑供血不足,CT检查未发现异常。舌质紫,边尖可见瘀点,苔薄白,脉细涩。证属内伤瘀血头痛。治宜活血化瘀、通络止痛。方取血府逐瘀汤加减:丹参30克,当归15克,生地20克,蔓荆子15克,牛膝20克,川芎15克,赤芍20克,桃仁10克,红花10克,羌活12克,全蝎10克,蜈蚣二条,三七粉1.5克(冲服)。每日1剂,水煎2次混合分早晚服。进七剂。服药后头痛减轻,效不更方,再进七剂后,头痛已愈,追访二年余,头痛未见复发。

Fang Xue Xue Fu Zhu Yu Decoction: Salvia 30 grams, Angelica 15 grams, habitat 20 grams, Viticis 15 grams, 20 grams of Achyranthes, Chuanxiong 15 grams, red peony root 20 grams, peach kernel 10 grams, 10 grams of safflower, Surviving 12 grams, 10 grams of total medlar, medlar two, 37 grams of powder (chongfu). 1 day, decoction 2 times mixed morning and evening service. Seven doses. After taking the medicine, the headache was lessened and the effect was not more square. After seven more doses, the headache became worse. After more than two years of follow-up, no headaches recurred.
