下属抱怨是一种常见的现象,几乎所有领导者都有过类似的经历。因而,如何对待下属的抱怨,是每一位领导者都要经常面对和必须回答的问题。对盈耳的抱怨声听而不闻,漠然置之,会让人觉得麻木不仁;闻怨则怒,怒形于色,大动肝火,会让人感觉心胸狭窄;对抱怨采取敷衍塞责的态度,表面接受,实则应付,会让人感到官僚虚伪。只有那些善待抱怨,对抱怨认真倾听、仔细斟酌、合理疏导的领导者,才会给人一种可亲可敬的印象。
