作者应用俄歇电子能谱仪,对显象管所用的基金属进行了表面分析。发现基金属中的激活元素Mg、Si、A1、Ca等在表面存在着一个“富集层”。在“富集层”中激活元素的浓度,远远大于其体内的平均浓度。用对比法初步找到了形成“富集”的原因。对基金属的分析还发现钨在基金属表面恰恰又形成一层“贫钨层”。在洁净的基金属表面很容易吸附C,在高达70~90%的表面碳往往会把微量激活元素淹没。
The author applied Auger electron spectroscopy to conduct a surface analysis of the metal used in the kinescope.
