教育部在《大学英语课程教学要求》中对大学英语课程的性质和教学模式做了明确规定,其中强调了自主学习是大学英语的教学目标之一,英语教学要积极培养学生的自主学习能力。综合英语是对外汉语专业英语类课程的根基,在“以汉语为主,英语为辅”的课程设置现状下,如何在有限的课时内全面提高学生的英语应用能力已成了综合英语课的燃眉之急。而基于网络多媒体的综合英语课程自主学习策略,能有效提高学生自主学习英语的能力和英语学习的效果,从而更好地实现综合英语课程提高学生综合英语技能的教学目标。
