在国家教育视野蓬勃发展的大背景之下,院校数量不断增加。中职院校招生规模也有所扩大,对教师的需求量更大。在中职院校教师队伍中,毕业后直接参加教学工作的人数占很大一部分,非师范专业毕业的教师也不在少数。但这部分教师教学经验相对欠缺,很难满足院校的教学要求。基于这一现状,需要中职院校采取有效的措施提升非师范专业教师教学能力,建立高素质的教师队伍,使其更好地完成教学任务,同时也能提高中职院校教学质量,为学生创造更好的学习条件。
