尾矿输送设备是矿山企业的关键设备之一,我矿尾矿输送系统由2台LSGB150-25立式水隔离矿浆泵组成,平时1台工作、l台备用（该设备是由沈阳大学浆体输送研究所研制成功的新型、高效自动化程度较高的浆体输送设备）。因我矿选矿规模不断扩大,仅开1台隔离泵已明显满足不了尾矿的输送要求,同时开2台又吃不饱,经济上不合算,对尾矿输送系统的改造已势在必行。

Due to the continuous expansion of the scale of mineral processing in mine, only one set of isolation pump has obviously not been able to meet the requirements of tailings transportation, and at the same time it is not economically worthwhile to open two sets and it is inevitable to reform the tailings conveying system .
