应用美国AC -TECH公司的C -MOLD软件对 2 9寸 ( 74cm)彩电后壳的模具浇注系统进行了计算机辅助工程 (CAE)分析。结果表明 ,采用计算机C -MOLD软件对充模进行动态模拟 ,可直观地了解彩电后壳制品所需充模的最大压力和锁模力 ,并能确知熔融前锋料流速度的分布和熔接痕的位置分布 ,它为指导大型注塑模具的设计提供了科学依据 ,有较高的应用和研究价值
Computer-aided engineering (CAE) analysis was performed on a mold casting system of a 2 9 "(74 cm) color TV back shell using the C-MOLD software from ACTECH. The results show that the dynamic simulation of filling mold by computer C-MOLD software can intuitively understand the maximum pressure and clamping force required for mold filling of color TV backshell products, and can know the distribution of melt front flow rate and weld line The location of the distribution, it is to guide the design of large-scale injection mold provides a scientific basis, a higher application and research value
