青年员工是企业实现科学发展的重要群体和骨干力量。对中远集运青年员工人生价值取向、政治与社会参与、工作满意度及企业情感多方面的调查显示,他们普遍有较强的“进取人格”和拼搏动力,对自我需求与发展有清楚的认知,对“自我价值”、“个人利益”的认同也较高。对中老年员工的访谈显示,青年员工充满活力、创新能力强,接受新知识快、岗位适应能力强,基础教育全面、综合素质高,但也存在着缺乏集体归属感、缺乏责任意识、缺乏工作成就感等不足。加强对青年员工的教育,促进其健康成长是一项十分紧迫的任务。
