双馈风电机组一次调频辅助控制技术是实现风电主动参与系统调频的重要手段,随着风电渗透率持续增加,近年来对该技术开展了广泛深入的研究.依据同步发电机的原动机–调速器建模思想,对额定风速以下运行条件,利用状态空间模型,采用小信号增量法,建立了基于转速控制的双馈风电机组一次调频辅助控制系统传递函数模型,可用于描述风电机组一次调频的动态响应和稳态响应,并通过仿真算例验证了模型的精确性和有效性.该模型可进一步应用于含风电频率控制的电力系统频率响应特性研究.“,”The primary frequency auxiliary control technique for doubly fed induction generators (DFIGs) is a significant approach to participate in frequency regulation of a wind power-incorporating power system, extensive and deep research on this technology is carried out with the increasing wind power penetration in recent years. Reference to modeling prime mover-governor of synchronous generator, the transfer function model of primary frequency auxiliary control system of DFIG is built based on rotor speed control by employing state-space model and small signal increment method below ratedwindspeed, which can be used to describe the dynamic response and steady-state response of wind turbine, the model accuracy and effectiveness are verified through simulation example. This model can be applied to research on frequency characteristic of a power system with wind power frequency control ulteriorly.
