阐述了基于动量法的乏气送粉锅炉的煤粉浓度与风速的测量原理。在天生港电厂GKS 90 0 0DCS系统上开发了风粉在线监测系统 ,对系统的软硬件组成、测量的关键性技术、系统的可靠性与实用性等进行了介绍。系统可为运行人员及时监测锅炉风粉实况和进行燃烧优化调整提供有效手段。
The measurement principle of pulverized coal concentration and wind speed in gas-free powder feeding boiler based on momentum method is expounded. The wind powder on-line monitoring system was developed on GKS 90 0 0DCS system of Tianshenggang Power Plant. The hardware and software components of the system, the key technologies of measurement, the reliability and practicability of the system were introduced. The system can provide an effective means for operators to timely monitor the live powder status of the boiler and optimize the combustion.
