[目的]研究不同氮营养水平下,白肋烟生长期总氮、蛋白质、烟碱含量的变化及其相关性,以期为优化白肋烟施肥技术提供参考依据。[方法]白肋烟各生长期取鲜烟叶烘干后用法国INTEGRAL型自动化学分析仪测定总氮、蛋白质、烟碱含量,并分析其与施氮水平的相关性。[结果]不论施氮量多少,烟叶总氮和蛋白质含量均表现为:从伸根期后随生长期推进呈下降的趋势,至成熟期达最低值;烟碱含量从旺长初期开始呈增加趋势,至成熟期达最高值;烟叶总氮、烟碱及蛋白质含量经过调制后均有所增加;总氮、烟碱、蛋白质含量与施氮水平呈正相关,而总氮/烟碱与施氮水平则呈负相关。结果表明施氮水平与白肋烟大田生长期和调制后烟叶的总氮、烟碱关系密切,合理的施氮量是调控烟叶总氮、烟碱的重要措施。[结论]该研究为白肋烟的合理施肥提供了科学依据。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the changes of total nitrogen, protein and nicotine contents and their correlations under different nitrogen nutrition levels in Burley tobacco growing stage in order to provide a reference for optimizing the technology of fertilizing Burley tobacco. [Method] The contents of total nitrogen, protein and nicotine in total tobacco, total nitrogen, protein and nicotine were measured by French INTEGRAL automatic analyzer after drying in burley tobacco. [Result] The total nitrogen and protein content of tobacco showed the trend of decreasing with the growth period after reaching the rooting stage and reaching the lowest value at maturity regardless of the amount of nitrogen applied. The content of nicotine increased from the beginning Nicotine and protein content of tobacco increased after being modulated. The contents of total nitrogen, nicotine and protein were positively correlated with the level of nitrogen application, while the contents of total nitrogen and nicotine and nitrogen The level is negatively correlated. The results showed that the nitrogen application level was closely related to the total nitrogen and nicotine content of tobacco leaves in burley field and modulated tobacco field. The reasonable nitrogen application rate was an important measure to control total nitrogen and nicotine in tobacco leaves. [Conclusion] The research provided the scientific basis for rational fertilization of burley tobacco.
