各群结核杆菌的特点是什么?对哪些药物敏感? 据研究,结核杆菌在人体内有4种不同的代谢状态。在发病过程中,在不同环境下,结核杆菌的代谢呈现不同的类型,对不同的药物起着不同的反应。 A群:生长繁殖菌(又称快速繁殖菌),特点是代谢旺盛,生长繁殖快,常在细胞外。大部分抗结核药物对此菌均有效,能很快将其杀死。其中异烟肼起主要杀菌作用,最有效;利福平、链霉素次之。此类结核杆菌引起的病变多为浸润渗出病灶,药物治疗效果好。
