高校是专利成果的重要发源地,高校专利的有效市场化将加速推进我国的现代化建设。当前,高校的专利市场化因机制问题而严重滞后,严重制约了高校专利的创新与市场化能力。高校专利市场化机制包括管理资源配置制度、科技服务制度、考核激励制度三大结构模块,要发挥各模块作用,建立互动关系,构建科学的专利市场化机制。
Colleges and universities are important birthplaces of patent achievements. Effective marketization of university patents will speed up the modernization of our country. At present, the marketization of patent in colleges and universities is seriously lagging behind due to the mechanism problems, which severely restricts the innovation and marketization ability of the patents in colleges and universities. The patent marketing mechanism in colleges and universities includes three modules of managing resource allocation system, science and technology service system and examination and incentive system. It is necessary to give full play to the role of each module and establish an interactive relationship so as to establish a scientific market mechanism for patent.
