辽宁省委、省政府启动的“普惠制”就业培训,是为解决就业、再就业和农村劳动力转移的重要举措。本文从研究就业、再就业培训对象的基本特点入手,针对培训教学资源的整合、利用存在的缺憾,提出了整合培训资源,创新教学机制,重视实践环节,合理安排理论课和实训课比例,增加学员动手能力训练时间和实验实习机会等关于切实搞好“普惠制”计算机培训,提高实效的建议。
The “GSP” employment training started by Liaoning Provincial Party Committee and Provincial Government is an important measure to solve the problems of employment, reemployment and rural labor transfer. This article starts from the basic characteristics of the object of employment and reemployment training. According to the shortcomings of the integration and utilization of training and teaching resources, this paper puts forward some suggestions to integrate training resources, innovate teaching mechanism, pay attention to practical aspects, rationally arrange the proportion of theoretical courses and practical courses, Increase trainee ability training time and experimental internship opportunities, etc. on the practical implementation of “GSP” computer training to enhance the effectiveness of the proposal.
