以白灵菇深层发酵液为材料,提取白灵菇胞外多糖进行体内外抗氧化活性研究。结果表明:与对照组相比,胞外多糖具有很强的清除自由基能力,抑制.OH所致小鼠肝组织MDA生成和肝线粒体肿胀,在浓度为1mg/mL时就达到极显著的水平(P<0.01);同时胞外多糖还具有提高血清和肝组织中SOD、GSA和CAT的活力,以及能抑制MDA的生成,在浓度较低时就能达极显著的水平。证明了白灵菇胞外多糖具有重要的抗氧化功能。
The extraction of exopolysaccharide from Pleurotus nebrodensis with the deep fermentation broth of Pleurotus nebrodensis was used to study the antioxidant activity in vitro and in vivo. The results showed that compared with the control group, the exopolysaccharide has a strong ability to scavenge free radicals, inhibit MDA production and mitochondrial swelling in liver tissues of mice induced by OH, and reached extremely significant levels at a concentration of 1 mg/mL. (P<0.01); At the same time, extracellular polysaccharides also have the activity of increasing SOD, GSA, and CAT in serum and liver tissues, as well as inhibiting the production of MDA, and can reach extremely significant levels at low concentrations. It was proved that the exopolysaccharide from Pleurotus nebrodensis has important antioxidative function.
