1992年,在邓小平同志南巡讲话和党的十四大精神的鼓舞下,我国国民经济发展取得了重要成果,经济增长率达到12.8％,在世界重要国家中首屈一指。取得这一显著成绩的根本保证是“建立社会主义市场经济体制”的战略方针的确定,造革开放步伐的加快,有力地推动了国民经济的高速增长,为我国国民经济在90年代再上一个新台阶创造了良好的开端。
In 1992, inspired by Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s southern tour and the party’s fourteenth congress, our country’s national economy has achieved important results.
