目的利用肝癌患者单个核细胞代替癌细胞进行化疗药物敏感性测定 ,指导个体化治疗。方法取肝癌标本的同时抽取其外周血 ,利用噻唑蓝 (MTT)法 ,体外检测 2 6例患者癌细胞和淋巴细胞对 8种化疗药物的敏感性。结果肝癌患者癌细胞抑制率与单个核细胞抑制率间呈正相关 (r =0 .712 ,P <0 .0 1)。结论肝癌患者单个核细胞化疗药敏检测对临床选择化疗药物具有重要参考价值。
Objective To use mononuclear cells of liver cancer patients instead of cancer cells for chemotherapeutic sensitivity testing to guide individualized treatment. Methods Hepatoma specimens were collected and their peripheral blood were collected. MTT assay was used to detect the sensitivity of cancer cells and lymphocytes in 26 patients to eight chemotherapeutic agents. Results There was a positive correlation between the inhibition rate of cancer cells and the inhibition rate of mononuclear cells in patients with liver cancer (r = 0.712, P < 0.01). Conclusion The detection of chemotherapeutic sensitivity of mononuclear cells in patients with hepatocellular carcinoma has important reference value for clinical selection of chemotherapy drugs.
