以油茶‘华金’为试材,研究Ca-P、Al-P、Fe-P和O-P处理对油茶不定根发生及生根过程中生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:不同磷源处理对油茶生根率和根系发育程度的影响存在差异,Ca-P处理下油茶生根率最高(82.7%),Al-P处理对提前生根和不定根的根长有显著影响。插穗体内的可溶性蛋白、可溶性糖和淀粉含量在不同磷源处理间变化趋势相同,其中Ca-P和Al-P处理能显著提高可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量。插穗POD活性呈双峰曲线变化;IAAO、PPO和SOD活性先上升后下降;MDA含量呈“上升-下降-平缓”的变化趋势。4种磷源处理的POD活性曲线峰值均显著提高,MDA含量显著低于对照,Ca-P和Al-P处理下IAAO和PPO活性变化的曲线峰值显著高于其他3个处理。综上所述,外源磷能提高插穗体内的营养物质含量,促进与生根相关酶活性的升高,降低丙二醛含量,从而促进不定根的形成与发育。
The effects of Ca-P, Al-P, Fe-P and O-P on the physiological and biochemical indexes during the adventitious root formation and rooting of Camellia oleifera were studied. The results showed that different phosphorus sources had different effects on the rooting rate and root development of Camellia oleifera. The rooting rate of Camellia oleifera was the highest under Ca-P treatment (82.7%). Al-P treatment had significant effects on the root length of adventitious roots and rooting. The content of soluble protein, soluble sugar and starch in cuttings had the same tendency among different treatments, and Ca-P and Al-P treatments could significantly increase the content of soluble protein and soluble sugar. The activity of POD in cuttings showed a bimodal curve; the activities of IAAO, PPO and SOD first increased and then decreased; the content of MDA showed the trend of “rising - falling - gentle”. The peak value of POD activity curve of four kinds of phosphorus sources significantly increased, MDA content was significantly lower than the control, the peak of the curve of IAAO and PPO activity under Ca-P and Al-P treatment was significantly higher than the other three treatments. In summary, exogenous phosphorus can improve the nutritional content of the cuttings, and promote root activity-related enzyme activity, reduce the content of malondialdehyde, thereby promoting adventitious root formation and development.
