Objective To investigate the changes of D-dimer and its value in the treatment of pancreatic cancer, and to provide reference for future clinical treatment. Methods Fifty-two patients with pancreatic cancer (pancreatic cancer group) were divided into two groups according to their clinical conditions, including lymph node and distant metastasis group (group A, n = 20), lymph node and distant metastasis group (group B, 32 ), Select the same period of benign lesions in 51 cases as a control group, comparing the D-dimer changes in each group of patients. Results After clinical comparison, the content of D-dimer in patients with pancreatic cancer was significantly higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); the content of D-dimer in group B was higher than that of A Group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The changes of D-dimer level can fully reflect the pathological changes of patients with pancreatic cancer in many aspects, so that patients can be targeted for the treatment and more scientific. On the other hand, according to the level of D-dimer changes, targeted rehabilitation program for patients, to avoid long-term use of conservative programs to achieve clinical results.
