He believes that school education should pay attention to the public awareness of scientific development and urge people to think about the ethical and social issues brought about by scientific progress. He hosts the NSF (National Science Foundation) -based project GK-12S. His research includes school education and student development, changes in the philosophy of teacher education, and implementation of education strategies.
