纤维连接蛋白 (fibronectin ,FN)是一种大分子糖蛋白 ,在细胞与细胞、细胞与基质的相互作用中起着重要作用。膀胱肿瘤细胞表面FN减少或完全丧失 ,细胞间粘附力降低 ;随着分级、分期升高 ,膀胱移行上皮癌基底膜FN表达明显下降 ,释放到尿液中的可溶性FN含量增多 ;尿液FN含量可作为膀胱癌诊断、估计预后和疗效监测重要指标。FN在膀胱肿瘤的卡介苗 (BacillusCalmette Gu啨rin ,BCG)治疗中扮演着相当重要的角色 ,通过药物等途径增加膀胱壁FN的表达不但可提高BCG的治疗效果 ,还可使目前BCG膀胱灌注的毒副作用明显减少。
Fibronectin (FN) is a macromolecular glycoprotein which plays an important role in the interaction of cells with cells, cells and matrix. The expression of FN in the bladder transitional cell carcinoma was significantly decreased and the content of soluble FN released into the urine was increased with the increase of grading and staging. The expression of FN Content can be used as bladder cancer diagnosis, prognosis and efficacy monitoring important indicators. FN plays a very important role in the treatment of Bacillus Calmette Guerin (BCG) in bladder cancer. Increasing the expression of FN in the bladder wall through drugs and other means can not only improve the therapeutic effect of BCG, but also increase the toxicity of BCG Significantly reduced side effects.
