目的 用SABC免疫组织化学染色法研究雌激素对去势雌性大鼠子宫颈nNOS阳性神经纤维的影响。方法 实验动物分为假手术组 (A组 )、卵巢切除后 4周组 (B组 )、卵巢切除后 8周组 (C组 )、卵巢切除后肌注苯甲酸雌二醇 4周组 (D组 )、卵巢切除后肌注苯甲酸雌二醇 8周组 (E组 ) ,共 5组 ,每组 10只。结果 ①雌激素水平较高组 ,阳性纤维着色较深 ,纤维较长 ,分支较多。②A组nNOS阳性纤维表达低于E组而高于D组 ;B组、C组nNOS阳性纤维表达低于A组。结论 nNOS阳性神经纤维的表达在雌激素水平高时 ,表达多。内源性雌激素对子宫颈nNOS阳性神经纤维作用较外源性雌激素快。
Objective To study the effect of estrogen on nNOS positive nerve fibers in the cervix of ovariectomized female rats by SABC immunohistochemical staining. Methods The experimental animals were divided into sham operation group (A group), ovariectomized 4 weeks group (B group), ovariectomized 8 weeks group (C group), ovariectomized intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate 4 weeks group Group), ovariectomy after intramuscular injection of estradiol benzoate 8 weeks group (E group), a total of 5 groups of 10. Results ① In the group with higher estrogen level, the positive fibers were darker, with longer fibers and more branches. ② The expression of nNOS positive fibers in group A was lower than that in group E and higher than that in group D. The expression of nNOS positive fibers in group B and group C was lower than that in group A. Conclusion The expression of nNOS positive nerve fibers is highly expressed when the estrogen level is high. Endogenous estrogen on cervical nNOS-positive nerve fibers faster than exogenous estrogen.
