为比较正常妊娠、先兆子痫和子痫产妇胎盘绒毛匀浆中一氧化氮合酶(NOS)活性和总亚硝酸盐含量进行研究。31例晚期妊娠伴先兆子痫(轻、重度)及子痫患者和32例正常晚期妊娠孕妇为观察对象,均在产后立即从胎盘子叶下部1/3处取两块大小为1cm×1cm×1cm的胎盘组织,盐水清洗,-70%冰冻切片,在缓冲液中制成有绒毛的匀浆。匀浆4℃低温离心20min,所得上清液用于分析。一氧化氮(NO)的氧化产物有硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐,将硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐,采用Griess反应测定总亚硝酸盐的浓度,从而确定NO的产量。利用NO可将氧合血红蛋白氧化为正铁血红蛋白这一性质,用分光光
