报道平面极性分化诱导剂ＤＭＳＯ与抗癌药５—ＦＵ联合应用对人粘液表皮样癌ＭＥＣ—１细胞的作用．发现二者联合应用可增强５—ＦＵ对肿瘤细胞的抑制生长效应。以０．１μｇ／ｍｌ５—ＦＵ先处理细胞２４ｈ后再加用１％ＤＭＳＯ，或先用１μｇ／ｍｌ５—ＦＵ处理２４ｈ然后用０．５％ＤＭＳＯ，均可达到采用较低浓度５—ＦＵ而获得较理想增强５—ＦＵ作用的效果。
The effect of DMSO and anticancer drug 5-FU combined with planar polar differentiation inducer on human mucoepidermoid carcinoma MEC-1 cells was reported. The combination of the two was found to enhance the inhibitory growth effect of 5-FU on tumor cells. Treatment of cells with 0.1 μg/ml 5-FU for 24 h followed by addition of 1% DMSO, or treatment with 1 μg/ml 5-FU for 24 h followed by 0.5% DMSO can be achieved using a lower concentration of 5-FU. Ideally enhance the effect of 5-FU.
