目的:利用SCL-90症状自评量表测定产妇身心状况与巨大儿出生率之间的关系。方法:选择巨大儿产妇120名(测定组)及正常体重新生儿产妇100名(对照组)进行SCL-90症状自评表测定,以躯体疾病及心理状况作对照分析。结果:测定组躯体疾病与心理状况与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.01)。结论:身体状况与心理因素是巨大儿出生的影响因素;对孕产妇正常查体时,进行SCL-90症状自评量表测定是必要的。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between the physical and mental status of maternal mothers and the birth rate of macrosomia using the SCL-90 Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90). Methods: 120 maternal macrosomia (test group) and 100 normal mothers (control group) were selected to carry out SCL-90 symptom self-rating test. Body disease and psychological status were compared. Results: There was a significant difference in somatic diseases and psychological status between the two groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: The physical condition and psychological factors are the influencing factors of the birth of macrosomia. It is necessary to carry out the SCL-90 symptom checklist when the pregnant women are in normal check-up.
