教育的主旨在于发展人。从职工教育的本质来看,它也有使职工个体的潜能在可能的范围内得到发展,满足职工个体需要的任务。企业岗位培训是以直接、有效地提高职工岗位任职能力为目的,要达到这一目的,显然也不能排斥职工个体需要。然而,目前人们仅仅从企业需要的角度来强调岗位培训的重要性,职工个体发展的需要远远没有得到应有的重视。
The main purpose of education is to develop people.
