目的:对穆库没药甾体类化学成分进行系统研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱及制备HPLC等方法分离纯化,运用现代光谱学方法鉴定化合物结构。结果:从穆库没药中分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为4,17(20)-(cis)-pregnad-iene-3,16-dione(1)、progesterone(2)、20-acetyloxy4-pregnene-3,16-dione(3)、Z-4,17(20)-pregnadiene-3,16-dione(Z-Gugguls-terone)(4)、E4,17(20)-pregnadiene-3,16-dione(E-Guggulsterone)(5)。结论:化合物1-2从穆库没药中首次分离得到。
Objective: To systematically study the steroid chemical constituents of myrrh. Methods: The compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, ODS column chromatography and preparative HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by modern spectroscopy. Results: Five compounds were isolated from the myrrh medicine, identified as 4,17 (20) -pregnad-iene-3,16-dione (1), progesterone (2), 20-acetyloxy4- pregnene-3,16-dione (3), Z-4,17 (20) -pregnadiene-3,16- dione (Z-Gugguls- terone) -dione (E-Guggulsterone) (5). Conclusion: Compound 1-2 was isolated from the first time in Mucu myrrh.
