为了探讨中度高原低氧环境对健康老年人肾功能的影响,我们对63例健康老年人和17例肺心病患者进行了血肌酐,血、尿β_2—微球旦白,血流变学检测。结果示:50~60岁和60岁以上健康老年人肌酐清除率分别为1.64±0.20 1.39±0.29ml·s~(-1)/1.73m~2老年组与中年组相比平均下降21.03%,按平均年龄比较每年递减1.701%,缺氧(PaO_25.76±1.03kPa)和二氧化碳正常的肺心病患者肌酐清除率明显低于50岁组(P<0.01)。Ccr平均每年递减4.614%,与年龄相同的老年对照组相比,Ccr平均下降32.66%。血β_2—微球旦白与Ccr成负相关,结果表明:中度高原低氧环境健康中年人肾小球滤过率可保持正常范围,健康老年人肾功能有轻微损伤,肺心病患者肾功能损伤尤为严重,作者认为,在一定条件下,肾功能损伤不仅与缺氧的直接作用有关,而且与血液流变学改变而致肾血流量改变有关。
In order to investigate the effect of hypoxia on the renal function in healthy elderly, we measured the serum creatinine, blood and urine β 2 -microglobulin, hemorheology in 63 healthy elderly and 17 patients with pulmonary heart disease . The results showed that: creatinine clearance rate of healthy elderly people aged 50 ~ 60 and over 60 were 1.64 ± 0.20 1.39 ± 0.29ml · s -1 /1.73m ~ 2, respectively, and the average age of old people was 21.03% (1.701%) decreased by average age.
