肝纤维化是各种原因所致肝损伤的共同病理变化,是慢性肝病逐渐演变发展为肝硬化过程中的必经途径。肝纤维化时细胞外基质( ECM)合成增加,其中以 I型胶原为主;积极降解和消除过多的ECM,有望逆转肝纤维化进程。而基质金属蛋白酶1(MMP-1)作为人类主要降解 I型胶原的胶原酶,为肝纤维化治疗带来了广阔的前景。该文就MMP-1与肝纤维的关系予以系统阐述,以期为肝纤维化的治疗提供新的思路。“,”Liver fibrosis is the pathological basis of chronic liver disease and an inevitable path to the cirrhosis.In liver fibrosis,the synthesis of extracellular matrix(ECM) increases,especially the collagen type I;therefore the active degradation and elimination of ECM is expected to reverse liver fibrosis .Matrix metallo-proteinases 1(MMP-1) is a major human interstitial collagenase that can degrade type I ECM,which has brought broad expectation for the treatment of fibrosis .Here is to make a review of the relationship of MMP-1 and liver fibrosis,so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of liver fibrosis.
