铀资源是重要的战略资源,随着经济的持续增长,我国能源需求日益增加,大力发展核电则必然加大铀矿开采力度。在实地调研和数据采集的基础上,对我国某铀矿进行了物质流分析,构建了铀矿开采效率指标体系,采用模糊数学综合评价法对其进行了循环经济开采效率的评价,结果显示:该铀矿的采矿系统和冶炼系统的效率高,环境系统仍然存在着很多问题。综合评价认为该铀矿的开采效率低,属于粗放式开采,不具备循环经济特征。针对目前铀矿业循环经济水平较低的现状,提出了铀矿业发展循环经济的建议。
Uranium resources are an important strategic resource. As the economy continues to grow, the demand for energy in our country is increasing day by day. To develop nuclear power is bound to intensify efforts in uranium mining. On the basis of field investigation and data collection, the paper analyzes the material flow of a uranium mine in our country, constructs the index system of uranium mining efficiency, and evaluates the recovery efficiency of circular economy by using fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that: The efficiency of the uranium mine’s mining and smelting systems is high and there are still many problems with the environmental system. Comprehensive evaluation of the uranium mining that low efficiency, belonging to the extensive mining, do not have the characteristics of circular economy. Aiming at the current low level of recycling economy in uranium mining industry, this paper puts forward some suggestions for developing circular economy in uranium mining industry.
