盾构机在工作时由于用电设备多,加之工作场地容易积水、环境潮湿及人体皮肤阻抗下降等原因,导致人体触电的可能性较大。施工现场的金属构件较多,许多工程在施工过程中就发生过漏电事故,导致开关跳闸、电气元件误动作或测量参数有误差,甚至威胁到操作人员的人身安全等。为保证盾构机在施工时人员及设备的安全,其接地保护系统及漏电保护系统就应做到安全可靠、万无一失。通过对盾构机的电气接地及漏电保护系统等的分析,针对盾构机工控机系统防电磁干扰、屏蔽接地、静电接地及等电位接地等安全措施,提出一些改进建议。
Shield machine at work due to more electrical equipment, coupled with the workplace easy water, environmental humidity and human skin resistance and other reasons, leading to the possibility of the human body electric shock. There are many metal components at the construction site, and many projects have occurred during the construction of the leakage accident, leading to switch tripping, malfunction of electrical components or measurement parameters error, and even threaten the personal safety of operators. In order to ensure the safety of the shield machine and the equipment during construction, the grounding protection system and the leakage protection system should be safe, reliable and foolproof. Based on the analysis of the electrical grounding and leakage protection system of the shield machine, some suggestions are put forward for the safety measures such as anti-electromagnetic interference, shield grounding, electrostatic grounding and equipotential grounding of the shield machine IPC.
