取得韩国老年人肋骨的形态学信息,是构建解剖学意义上的精细有限元人体模型的要素。利用该模型,可以评价在汽车碰撞事故中胸部伤害。处理了7具新鲜尸体,获得了含12根肋骨的骨架的整个右侧胸腔。用微型计算机断层成像(CT),数字化重构了每一根肋骨的完整几何结构。通过该三维可视化肋骨模型,计算了横截面特性,例如面积、惯性力矩、椭圆长短轴半径的形态比值,并进行了统计学分析。
Obtaining the morphological information of the ribs of the elderly in South Korea is an important element in constructing an anatomically accurate finite element model of the human body. Using this model, you can assess chest injuries in a car crash. Seven fresh corpses were processed and the entire right chest of the skeleton with 12 ribs was obtained. With computed tomography (CT), the complete geometry of each rib is digitally reconstructed. The three-dimensional visualized rib model was used to calculate the cross-sectional characteristics, such as area ratio, moment of inertia, and the ratio of the shape of the ellipse axis to the radius of the ellipse, and the statistical analysis was carried out.
