应该说体育教学是大专教育中重要的一门课程,这门课程对大专生体质健康的保持有着重要的作用。可以说在实际的体育教学中,每个学生的身体素质和领悟能力是不一样的,因此他们的学习效果往往存在着较大的差异。面对这种情况,教师应该改变传统的教学模式,在体育教学中更多应用激励理论。教师应该多运用激励的手段,这样能够最大程度地激发学生的学习兴趣和积极性。本文对激励理论如何在大专体育教学中的应用进行探讨。
It should be said that physical education is an important course in tertiary education. This course plays an important role in maintaining the health of college students. It can be said that in actual physical education, each student’s physical quality and ability to comprehend are not the same, so their learning effects tend to be quite different. Faced with this situation, teachers should change the traditional teaching mode, the more application of incentive theory in physical education. Teachers should use more incentive means, so as to maximize students’ interest in learning and motivation. This article discusses the application of incentive theory in college physical education.
