Two years ago in Beijing, China held the first ever international conference ever organized by the United Nations - the Fourth World Conference on Women. This is a fully competitive meeting. As far as the press is concerned, there are both domestic and foreign disputes and domestic disputes. The content and nature of the competition are not the same.
