郁金香切花瓶插期间伴随着衰老过程的发生, 花瓣和雌蕊的呼吸都表现为逐渐下降, 最后又有上升的现象,相似于水果成熟过程的呼吸跃变。花瓣内可溶性蛋白质含量随瓶插时间延长而下降,过氧化物酶活性则表现为先降后升。这些变化可因6 - BA 处理而发生改变。
Tulip cut vase inserted during the aging process, the petals and pistils showed a gradual decline in respiration, and finally increased phenomenon, similar to the process of fruit ripening breath transition. The content of soluble protein in the petals decreased with the prolongation of the vase length, and the peroxidase activity decreased first and then rose. These changes can change due to 6-BA processing.
